Shipping
Policy
We
use
UPS
as
means
to
ship
our
products. All
products
in
our
warehouse
will
be
shipped
within
2-4
days
once
the
order
has
been
placed
and
payment
cleared. We
will
supply
tracking
numbers
to
you
via
email
once
the
order
has
been
shipped.
Due
to
several
lost
shipments,
we
no
longer
ship
orders
via
USPS.
UPS
will
not
deliver
to a
PO
Box.
Please
provide
a
street
address
as
we
will
not
ship
orders
via
USPS.
All
Wholesale
Orders
Shipping
times
for
wholesale
orders
will
vary
depending
on
production
schedules
and
shipping
methods
requested.
Please
allow
two
weeks
for
back
orders
of
books
not
in
stock
and
an
additional
three
to
six
weeks
for
delivery.
International
orders
may
take
longer.
Orders
can
be
placed
directly
through
our
distributor,
Ingram
Books,
which
may
result
in
shorter
wait
times.
Actual shipping times, once orders are filled, remain the same.
Domestic and International Shipping Rates
We offer a large choice of shipping methods and carriers to suit your preferences. All rates are are expressed in real-time shipping rates, acquired from the individual carriers. All rates are calculated based upon destination shipping address.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Your order might be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied after a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance, duties and taxes must be paid by the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information.
