You may return a book within 15 days
of delivery for a full refund, if it
has not been read, covers opened,
bent or damaged in any way. We'll
also pay the return shipping costs
if the return is a result of our
error (you received an incorrect or
defective item, etc.). Please
contact Customer Service to start
the return process.We DO NOT replace, exchange
or give refunds on books that were
purchased from entities outside of
Xpress Yourself Publishing. This
includes books purchased from an
author's web site. We do not make
exceptions under any circumstances.
Consignment
We DO NOT participate in
consignment programs of any kind. We
do not make exceptions under any
circumstances.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL on eBooks!
Because it is theoretically impossible
to return an electronic book without
guarantee that it hasn't been downloaded
for future use,
we do not offer refunds. If you
have any questions about this policy,

When you purchase an e-book from Xpress
Yourself Publishing, you are stating
that you are fully aware of the fact
that the download link will be sent to
you via email and not printed or saved
to a CD. You are legally permitted to
copy the download onto a CD or floppy
for your own
personal
use ONLY.

of a hard drive crash. It is the
responsibility of the customer to save
eBooks on disk or CD. We do not make

You may not print copies for
distribution. You may not convert eBooks
to other languages for distribution. By
purchasing an Xpress Yourself Publishing
eBook, you are legally swearing not to
take part in any of the aforementioned
illegal practices. Please note the fact
that Xpress Yourself Publishing will
prosecute eBook thieves. If you know of
someone who is distributing eBooks
illegally, please report it
